sabotuer

One portion of my hols were spent fellowshiping with my dear churchies, whom I haven't spent much time with due to my insane schedules. Really enjoyed myself with the youths and friends, letting my hair down till the end of good days draws near.

One game we played was Sabotuer, a card game which works something like the polar bear game. Players pick a role card, which one could either be the minner or the sabotuer. The goal of a minner would be to place "path" cards which lead to the gold, and the sabotuer, of course, to disrupt their plans with the help of block cards, or simply changing their routes with "path" cards. An essential would be the ability to put up a poker face. Though, no matter how I tried to keep a poker face, my siblings could read me like a book. Sigh. Like they'd keep it a secret. Once they've hit the nail on the head, they'll make it known to everyone, so that I'll be blocked. Once a player is blocked, he/she has to miss a turn until someone on your side unblocks you with the respective unblock card.

Still, the cheers, screams and laughter explained how fun it was. :)
